Hi, my name is Ali Peddle RCT-C (She/her) and I am glad you're here. I completed my undergraduate degree at St. Francis Xavier University in 2019 where I received a Bachelor of Arts Joint Major in Music & Psychology. May 2023 I completed my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I believe you are the expert of your own life and it's my job to provide you with a safe non-judgmental space to share openly while I offer the support and guidance you need to overcome life's challenges.
My background and love for music and the creative arts have helped in developing my own approach to therapy. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative. Depending on your unique needs I tend to draw from Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioural theories. However, given my love for the arts, I have a passion for Narrative Therapy.
The stories we tell ourselves impact how we live every day. I provide you with the space to tell your story, reframe old narratives, and empower you to embrace your most authentic self.
