Hello lovely humans! My name is Alyssa Bachus (she/her), and I am a mental health therapist at Bloom Wellness. I specialize in the areas of anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and grief/loss. I work from a holistic, person-centred approach, intentionally incorporating the connection between the mind, body, and spirit as a form of whole healing. I work alongside people of all ages, backgrounds, and lived experiences; come as you are, all are welcome.
In my practice, I incorporate a variety of therapy modalities to best suit your needs; these may include CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, strengths-based and empowerment approaches, and/or forms of somatic healing.
