My areas of expertise include: Sugar and food addictions, body image, weight issues, codependency, boundaries and relationship issues, and decluttering. I will work with all adults, but my happiest clients tend to be middle-aged women who struggle with food, eating, and weight and want to make some changes. Together, we uncover patterns and behaviours that keep us stuck and I use gentle accountability and teach self-compassion to move clients into lasting changes. Sometimes the amount of 'stuff' we have in our lives is overwhelming; I want to help you see things clearly to make last changes.

In addition to my Masters of Social Work and a BA in Psychology, I have had additional training in emotional eating, chronic dieting, bingeing and sugar/food addictions and the Enneagram. I'm also passionate about helping people declutter and streamline - whether that's physical stuff, time commitments/time management, or mental or emotional "stuff".
