All clinical services are under the direction of Dr. Katherine Gardhouse, who is a registered clinical, counselling, and health psychologist. CFIT has developed a customized-to-you approach that offers a unique formulation to help you pursue your goals. To begin, all clients complete a group called "Innermap," that assists in understanding yourself and your goals more deeply. From here, you will identify a pathway forward with the support of your therapists that will provide targeted intervention.
