I have over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families in supporting their growth and developing self awareness and insights. Today, I work with adults, couples, and adolescents. I come from a place of genuine interest, curiosity, and respect in order to create a safe space for individuals and couples to delve into their issues with courage and confidence. My approach is rooted in attachment theory that is trauma informed. I use different models of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy.

My approach is relationship grounded and together we will work collaboratively to understand yourself and the challenges you face. Your experience is unique to you and I will draw upon my many years of experience and training to support you to learn and grow and make the changes you want to see.

We as a society are starting to see the importance of addressing issues and challenges sooner rather than later and this holds true for both individuals and couples. Everyone has strengths, skills, and the courage to make lasting and meaningful changes to lead fulfilling and happy lives. Together, we will work towards positive change.
