Trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relational conflict, anger, sadness, numbness, burnout, relational issues, grief, I am here to meet with you and figure out a path to healing. Sometimes we can feel so stuck in our situation and need to have someone help us navigate it. A new perspective and nonjudgemental space can help us feel more free to reflect on ourselves, how we got to this place in life and allow space to imagine how our life can be more fulfilling and free. I am here to help you process the painful memories and emotions, explore patterns you feel stuck in and find new ways of managing issues in your life.
I did my MA in Counselling and Spirituality and since then have taken trainings on trauma, Brainspotting, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, and suicide intervention. I work with individuals, couples and families. I practice from a blend of modalities to help conceptualize and provide wholistic care.
My goal is to provide a space for you to feel safe, cared for, heard, and accepted. In this space I hope we can explore the patterns, memories, and relational dynamics in your life that are making it difficult for you to heal and move forward.
