Hi there! I'm Courtney, and I work with children and their parents, youth, and adults. Sometimes when you feel overwhelmed, it’s hard to know where to start. You may feel stressed out about your situation, but uncertain about what to do. Maybe you've tried therapy before, or you are intimidated to start. Or perhaps it's your child or teen who you are concerned about. Trying to do it all alone and without support is hard, but reaching out for help isn't easy.
My approach to therapy is unique in the sense that in addition to offering talk therapy sessions, I also blend in options like nature therapy, and therapeutic baking. I believe that using activity based approaches alongside psychotherapy can be a powerful tool for healing and growth, and can also be fun!
