I work with individuals who want to resolve their past trauma. These traumas may come from childhood or from other traumatic events that can take place in adulthood. They are seeking better self understanding and most of all healing. Many of my client's have tried various forms of talk therapy and want to try something different as they have not yet identified the root cause of their difficulties or only noticed marginal change. The unresolved trauma may be contributing to ongoing relationship problems, anxiety, depression, self esteem concerns, or complex/post traumatic stress.
I am an attachment based therapist using various forms of transformational trauma approaches (EMDR & Flash) in combination with other modalities that are tailored to your needs- Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, Adlerian Psychotherapy & psychoeducation about the effects of being raised by emotionally immature parents in childhood.
