I dont just offer a listening ear, but provide consistent, authentic, and transparent feedback so that you know who you are in the world and develop a consciousness to thrive past your limitations.
I like to take an attachment theory approach: the stronger your relationship to your therapist, the better outcomes you can get from therapy and this is a philosophy I work to fulfill. I maintain a warm, non-judgemental and down-to-earth connection with you, because I believe you should look forward to coming to therapy.
