I have a strong background in working with diverse populations in addition to persons grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and developmental disabilities. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, which incorporates the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects to promote overall well-being. I offer individual and couples sessions to youth (13-17)
and adults (18+). Within my therapy approach, I employ evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, and narrative therapy, from a person-centred approach. All are aimed at helping clients gain a clear understanding of their struggles and cultivate adaptive coping skills that will affect positive changes in their lives.
