At Eagles Nest we know that change is possible. For more than 20 years we have been working in our community, equipping individuals and families to make those changes happen in a safe and positive environment. We help people care for their mental health, understand themselves and learn new tools for healthy relationships. We offer counselling, coaching, facilitated groups and support programs to adults, youth and children. Our services are low cost making them accessible to everyone. We welcome everyone for who they are, without regard to religion, ethnicity, race, gender or sexuality.
Our certified counsellors/psychotherapists are unbiased, empathic, supportive individuals who work with adults, youth, children and families to guide them through difficult emotions and experiences. All our counsellors are registered with their respective colleges and can address a wide variety of issues. Both online and in-person sessions are available.
Jordan has a Master’s of Social Work (MSW) and is registered with both the Ontario College of Social Work (OCSW) and Ontario Association of Social Work (OASW). He uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Crisis Intervention (CI) in his sessions.
