Elmi Counselling and Wellness Services is an Ontario based virtual private practice offering individual, couples, as well as child and family therapy. Our team of skilled Black therapists are here to support you in navigating challenges in your life, reduce stress and to begin to live a life rooted in health and wellness. In the therapy process, your practitioner will work along side you to develop the understanding, awareness required to address the root causes of your presenting issues. As well as support you in developing coping strategies to better manage and work through challenging feelings. Practitioners use holistic approaches to meet your unique needs.
