Disconnect and unease can manifest in many forms, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, OCD, BPD, and addiction and often has roots in attachment wounds and relational trauma. Under the influence of trauma, we tend to repeat unhealthy patterns in relationships or completely withdraw from others in our attempts to fix or avoid what feels broken.
In our sessions together, we'll incorporate EMDR, EFT, somatic/embodiment practices, Parts work, psychodynamic elements, and mindfulness to heal trauma and attachment wounds and reconnect you with a felt sense of safety so you can create the life you want to live.
