When we are struggling more than we can cope, it is easy to feel isolated, powerless, and hopeless. You don’t have to do it alone. I will hold and provide a safe space for you, and together, we will honour all parts of you and determine your unique path to healing. While healing looks different for everybody, it is my goal to assist you in embracing your true self.
I currently provide individual counseling for people who are experiencing trauma, grief, attachment issues, life transitions, systemic oppression and other challenges related to mental health. To better support you, I draw on eclectic therapeutic approaches including EMDR, ACT, DBT-informed, Narrative Therapy, among others.
