We all strive to be happy. But some days life can feel so overwhelming its hard to breathe. We may feel anxious, sad or frustrated, and it's hard to cope with day to day challenges. This may cause self-doubt, social issues and even health concerns. Sometimes its our relationships that are causing us to be stressed. We want to have happy, healthy relationships with our partners or family, but sometimes its so difficult. Communication is poor, you don't see eye to eye. This can impact all aspects of our lives.
I'm a Master's Level Social Worker and have supported adults, teens and couples to work through anxiety and sadness, while examining past experiences that may be contributing. This is also a safe place to work on our relationships with family or partners; increasing communication, creating stronger bonds and healthier partnerships.
