I am a Registered Social Worker in private practice with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I support clients experiencing challenges with life transitions, mental health, relationships, parenting, trauma, substance and behavioural addictions, suicidality and self-harm behaviours, emotion dysregulation, and neurodiversity.

Various theories and modalities are blended to best suit each client and delivered flexibly to meet ever-changing needs. My practice includes elements borrowed from Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical-Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Trauma-Centred Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Harm Reduction, and others.

I am honoured to be supporting your therapy work, be it skills development and growth, understanding trauma and the body, addiction and the brain, the role of emotions, or enhancing your relationship with your neurodiversity.
