It can often feel like the individual is at the bottom of a well which keeps getting deeper, with the light out feeling further and further out of reach. It can lead individuals to believe that there is no path forwards, or that any path forward is one devoid of meaning or fulfillment.
My areas of specialty include PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-worth, men's issues, and spirituality. I provide a flexible, integrated approach that is informed strongly by Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Spiritual Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.
