I provide therapeutic support to individuals navigating a variety of challenging life experiences including anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, life or family transitions, and to those impacted by chronic illness or cancer, whether a personal diagnosis, a family member, friend, or caregiver.

I'll support you to clarify what's truly important and meaningful to you, as we learn about and develop the skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings effectively.
