You and I will look at your life as a whole, including the unconscious parts. We will listen closely to what your dreams and body are saying. Rooted in a Jungian approach, therapy is a safe space for you to explore the symbolic language of your psyche and come into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with your authentic Self.

Groups
Women's Group: Women Who Run with the Wolves
A weekly gathering of six to eight women exploring the nature of the Feminine psyche in relation to your personal story. Our work together will be based on the classic book "Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes. This book is rich with soulful meaning and it can open the door to a deeper understanding of your own inner landscape as well as your relationship to others and the world. For $75 a week, participants are able to get the support they need and connect in a meaningful way with other like-minded women. Please contact me for more information.
