The reasons for pursuing counselling are as unique as the individual seeking it out. I am a registered Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping children, youth, couples and families, through my work at the Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH)- Canada’s largest psychiatric hospital. My training and areas of practice include CBT, DBT skills, Psychodynamic/Trauma informed, Parenting, Couple/Family therapy, Group work.

I really do feel privileged whenever a client chooses to share their inner world with me, and in every therapeutic encounter, I listen with great care, and work with clients to build their inner strengths, not just to cope but to be their best selves.
