She completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Ryerson University, where she focused on gaining a better understanding of sexual dysfunctions among the 2SLGBTQ+ population. Marie has received training from a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals and counseling centres, which has informed her integrative psychotherapeutic style.
She draws on evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment-informed therapy as appropriate.
