I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, and families, with a special focus on the Black community and other marginalized racial/ethnic groups.
I have over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health and I value each person's unique story. We can address a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD and other behavioural needs, trauma/racial trauma, and family/relationship dynamics.
Combining a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, we can explore your needs and goals in order to develop a path forward that works best for you.
