Specializing in children, youth, families and mental health issues (anxiety and depression), I primarily work from a culturally sensitive perspective that sits with an Afrocentric and Anti-oppressive framework. The theoretical approaches I implement are based on clients needs and include healing-centered, CBT, and Solution Focused.
