At Nordic Psychology we focus on creating a non-judgemental healing environment, as you face the challenges life has thrown your way. We provide virtual services for clients located in AB, NU, NB and NS. The virtual format allows you to get the help you need from the comforts of a location that is convenient for you. If finances are a barrier, please let us know and we can help find a fee level that is more manageable for you.
Our team offers both individual and couple sessions in a virtual format. We have experience working with clients facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, communication, grief, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, couples/marital counselling, and borderline personality disorder.
