Navigating this path of self-awareness can be tricky and filled with complicated grief, resentment, and strain. However, together we can unpack the impacts of your childhood and your relationship with your family today, to help bring peace and contentment through understanding, acceptance and healthy boundaries.
Together we will work to identify the patterns in your life that are keeping you stuck. We will introduce new skills and tools to help you manage difficult emotions rather than hide from them or disappear completely into them. We will slowly start creating new patterns that are healthy and help you move toward the life you envision for yourself.
I know what it's like to wake up and realize you are so far off the path that you imagined for yourself. I bring an integrative approach of counselling combining psychodynamic elements, cognitive behavioural therapy, IFS, and ecotherapy to help you better understand your current stuck place and practice the tools that can help move you through.
