I'll begin (and end) as I always do, as I must: with the deep, abundant, vulnerable transparency and accountability integral to radical, relational healing. Psychology Today gives us 1360 characters(!) divided into 3 preposterously regimented text boxes to share our approach, our ethics, our experience, our communities, our (fluid, prismatic) selves with (yearning, discerning) you, so that you might feel safe enough to connect: I am not the type of therapist who accepts this sort of rigidity and scarcity.
Because we deserve so much more than the heartbreaking, soul-crushing, life-draining status quo. Because how can I invite you into the possibilities of embodied, experiential work without contributing to the spaciousness – the transformative courage and consent – for it? And because at the very core, this is what we might do together, if I earned your trust.
