My name is Tammy Lalonde. My passions include adults, couples, and families to tackle challenging issues that are getting in the way of them being able to experience their best life. Drawing on my thirty years of knowledge, training, and experience in the fields of Social Service and Education, I endeavour to assist clients in reaching their goals in counselling. Using innovative and evidence-based therapy techniques, I aspire to collaborate with clients to identify realistic goals and develop strategies that will assist them in facilitating change.
I offer a safe and caring space for clients so reach out to me. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, family mediation, grief, and loss, and the transition to retirement. I provide appointments virtually, by telephone, and walk and talk.
Everyone’s story or journey is different and unique, but I aim to assist every individual to navigate through difficult situations. I recognize that making changes can be difficult but, with unconditional support and guidance, small changes can lead to big ones. Let's work together.
