I offer relational, person-centered therapy, prioritizing building connected relationships with my clients and creating a safe space for you to share, reflect, and learn. Within the context of a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can explore what you're going through and work together towards the changes you would like to see.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Whether you're in the middle of adversity, or wanting to process something that has happened in the past, I am here to support you with care.
