I'm a clinical therapist providing supervised psychological services to adults and adolescents, including assessment, therapy, and parenting support. I regularly draw upon modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal Theory, ACT, DBT, EFT, and FBT, offering an eclectic approach.
