I’d love to help you break through feeling stuck or overwhelmed in your life, to reignite a deeper sense of worthiness and confidence, feel anchored in your strengths, and more present with yourself and in your relationships. I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, low mood, family and relational issues, trauma, life transitions, stress/burnout, and grief & loss. Through life's turbulent times, I can help you feel empowered to heal, grow, and reach your goals.
With over 12 years in the mental health field, I integrate mind and body-centred therapeutic modalities such as, narrative, somatic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural, and family systems. I have extensive experience in trauma/PTSD and I am certified in trauma-informed EMDR therapy. I work collaboratively to help restore a sense of well-being to your life.
As a POC counsellor, I honour the ways our connection to intergenerational wisdom of survival, resistance, and resilience are woven into our sense of self.
