My current practice is focused on substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I offer an empathic and connective presence and engage each client with unconditional high regard while focusing on evidence-based approaches to healing.
I am skilled at adapting my approaches to meet the distinct therapeutic goals of my clients. My past experiences working in both community and in-patient mental health and addictions programs has graced me with humility and a deep understanding of the healing journey. I also draw inspiration from my many years as a yoga teacher.

Groups
Transforming Trauma for Women
This seven week psychotherapy group is designed specifically for women who have a history of trauma and are seeking a supportive space to better understand how to transform their trauma and develop healthy emotional regulation skills. Each week, participants will develop a deeper understanding of trauma, explore tools for healing, and participate in group discussion with other women. The next available session starts on Wednesday October 9, 2024, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm for six consecutive weeks and concludes with a four hour workshop on Sunday November 17, 2024 from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
