Openings for adult ADHD and Autism assessment/screening. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to develop a better understanding of themselves through gaining insight into their feelings, thoughts, behaviours and patterns. Therapy has aided people to achieve their goals, learn about themselves, and develop new coping strategies.Therapy with me is individualized and tailored to your specific goals and current concerns.Using evidence-based therapies, clients can see a decrease in stress levels, anxiety and depression symptoms, as well as improve relationships, and better manage ADHD symptoms.
I work with clients in setting goals and developing concrete interventions and exploring past/current barriers impacting them currently. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals. I am now booking new assessment clients for adults looking to explore ADHD and autism. My services are covered under most insurance plans.
