Need things to change? Life can be tough at times, and navigating through the many challenges alone can be stressful and isolating. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist, with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field (teaching counselling, workshop facilitation, supervising, therapy…) Whether it be searching for meaning and happiness, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, working through trauma or crises, building relationship skills like conflict management and communication, or finding more work-life balance, I take a client-centred approach to guide and support people in reaching their goals.
In my years of practice, I have helped families, parents, teens, adults and numerous couples using a combination of therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, DBT, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Counselling, Mindfulness, Attachment Based Therapy...and EMDR which is a powerful tool for trauma/relational trauma work.
I am here to support you in moving toward your journey of self-fulfillment and healing. Change can take time but with some help the highs and lows can seem more bearable. I offer therapy in both English and French and also offer supervision. My practice is in the east end of Toronto, but video sessions are also an option for people residing in Ontario.
