In your first appointment, I will help you set realistic goals that meet your needs. You will be provided with a safe space to explore how your thoughts and emotions impact the way you feel and behave. You will learn to detach yourself from old beliefs that are no longer serving you, allowing you to replace them with a healthier perspective.
