With over 10 years of experience working with diverse families, marginalized youth and survivors of human trafficking. I have a deep understanding of how structural and systemic barriers can affect our mental and emotional well-being. In my experience, our cultural identity shapes our values and beliefs about ourselves.
In our sessions we will explore how the fear and shame that resides within us impacts not only our behaviour but our relationship with ourselves. Our sessions together will be a space that best supports moments of vulnerability while also moving towards fostering self-confidence and positive development.
