As a queer individual, my lived experiences have led me to develop a warm, compassionate, and understanding perspective. As a counsellor, this enables me to hold a non-judgmental and thoughtful space for the people I work with and can help them feel seen, heard, and not alone.
Together, we can collaboratively explore what it means to be you - your experiences, your struggles, your strengths, your values, your inner voice, your hopes and fears, and your identity. I work to help you meet yourself, wherever you are in your journey, with compassion and curiosity.
