I work well with individuals and couples who feel anxious and uncertain about themselves, are stressed about life and relationship situations, or who may have trauma in their past.

I assist you in finding some clarity with your stress, anxiety, self-doubt and other difficult thoughts and emotions. I offer cooperative insight and practical approaches to help live your life. Compassionate understanding, coupled with skills you can actually do, are what I work to provide.

My approach is not limited to any particular 'diagnosis' but is tailored what you need. If you are new to the therapeutic process we discuss how therapy is supposed to work, and how to make the most of it. I am located in Toronto's east end for in-person meetings, or by video from just about anywhere.
