I provide a warm and accepting place where you can be yourself - with all your thoughts and feelings, whatever they might be. Together we will explore what's going on in your life today, and how past experiences affect you in the present. I support you in identifying and moving towards areas of growth and healing that feel right for you, so that you can feel better and thrive in all aspects of your life, including your relationship with yourself and others.
As a queer, trans, disabled, fat, biracial, neurodivergent (neuroqueer) therapist, I work within an anti-oppression and trauma-focused framework. I am queer and trans affirming, anti-racist, ace/aro affirming, fat positive, body positive, sex positive, harm reduction informed, anti-ableist, neurodiversity affirming, and affirming of diverse spiritualities.
I am experienced in supporting people with exploring, understanding, accepting and living their trans, queer and/or neurodivergent identities. Because mental health is so linked to external environment, I often provide referrals to health, mental health and community programs and resources.
