There comes a time when we realise our past patterns and tools aren't helping us move forward in life. My goal is to provide you with the space and guidance to explore how your patterns of behaviour, past trauma, and experiences formed the person you are today. We will work together to explore past patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and strengthen resilience. Whether you’re looking to explore past experiences, build concrete tools to cope, or build healthy relationships with your loved ones, I provide an individualised, trauma-informed approach to therapy to adapt to your unique needs.
I have worked hard to build a non-judgmental and inclusive environment so that my clients can feel safe to be vulnerable. My approach is based in Adlerian and Feminist theory. This means that I combine my passion for empowering my clients with acknowledging the influences society, culture, and family have on an individual.
Starting therapy can be stressful and overwhelming. It takes courage to recognise that you want to work towards change. You are the expert of your own experience and my role is to collaboratively work with you as you work towards change.
