Depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, shame or low self esteem, what is important is that the problems have been around for some time and despite our best efforts do not improve by trying to address them on our own. This leaves us feeling stuck and alone, with increasing symptoms and frustrations. The aim of this type of therapy is to not only to help with the conscious symptoms, but to help develop understanding and awareness of what lies beneath the symptoms, enriching our lives and relationships, enabling change.
