This is usually a consequence of multiple layers built up over time, and I work with clients to tease apart and understand the various processes contributing to the current disarray. Gaining this awareness is the first step to slowing down the cycles and creating space for change.
Relationships are my focal point, and I believe it’s through strengthened connections that we heal and rediscover alignment. With clients, I use an integrative approach that is useful for those seeking to gain clarity, overcome unhelpful thoughts, improve communication, and rediscover friendship, trust, and intimacy.
