I offer psychotherapy for individuals with mental illnesses and those who experienced complex trauma, interpersonal trauma, emotional disturbances, characterological difficulties, and self-esteem or identity issues. I also offer psychological or mental fitness evaluation for flight crew.
Psychotherapy is an emotional process. Reaching out for help can feel scary or vulnerable. You may be hesitant or unsure if this will work. The process may be brief or it may take time. To find out, you need to experience it yourself. I look forward to meet you where you are.
