After completing her training in adult psychiatry, she continued her education by completing a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry which enables her to confidently treat patients with a variety of medical comorbidities. Dr. Klaine focuses on medication management. She offers this in addition to supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. For some patients, it may be important to bring in additional psychotherapy for well-rounded care.

Dr. Puja Kumar is trained in adult and child and adolescent psychiatry. She is a board-certified pediatrician who, after five years of pediatric practice, decided to pursue her passion in psychiatry. Dr. Kumar provides medication management in conjunction with supportive therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. In addition, she believes in taking a holistic approach to each patient and emphasizes the impact of lifestyle, parenting practices, and family dynamics in treatment.

Dr. James is a board certified adult psychiatrist. She has 32 years of clinical experience and worked as a Chief of Psychiatry at Pro Medica healthcare company. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient, Consult Liaison and ER settings. Dr. James graduated from Tufts University Boston's affiliated program. She was awarded the resident teaching award for excellent teaching program at Steward  St. Elizabeth Medical Center Boston where she initiated in her residency program. Her inclination is towards community adult psychiatry and is invested in the care of the families and a variety of individual adult populations.

Dr. Jonathan Myrtil is a board-certified adult psychiatrist. He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of Central Florida affiliated with North Florida Regional Medical Center. Prior to joining Talkiatry, Dr. Myrtil stayed on at North Florida Regional as an Adult Psychiatrist and supervising physician where he treated patients from diverse settings including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization and IOP.
