Sarah is a Physician Assistant in the Tulsa area and has over nineteen years of experience in the field of psychiatry. She was born and raised in Kansas where she first started working in health care and developed a love of helping other people with their medical needs. She attended Friends University in Wichita, Kansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Human Services/Psychology in 2001. She graduated from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

Dr. Sean Whelan grew up in Oklahoma City where he graduated from Putnam City North High School. He earned his bachelor's degree of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. He attended both medical school and residency for Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma. In addition to private practice, Dr. Whelan has experience in working with Native Americans and Veteran patients as well as those in the community mental health system.

Dr. Fadalia Kim is a Psychiatrist in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2009. Dr. Kim assists in initial assessments to determine the patient's need for treatment. If treatment is needed, Dr. Kim provides medication management and assists in a treatment team approach for wrap around services. Outside of work, Dr. Kim enjoys gardening, baking, and going to Thunder games. She spends most of her free time at her kids' sporting events, which is her number one joyful activity.

Karon Potter PA-C, RD, CSOWM, CDE graduated with her Master of Health Sciences with Distinction in the Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2016. Prior to PA school she received a Bachelor and Master's in nutrition from Texas Tech University. Karon is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management and a Certified Diabetes Educator. Before joining LifeStance Karon worked for an Oklahoma City health system developing a comprehensive medical weight management program.

Luci received her bachelor's in nursing from the University of Oklahoma where she then continued to get her master's from The University of Texas Arlington for Adult Acute Care. After that, she received her Post-Masters for Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University. She holds a National Certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center along with State certification through the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.

Cassie completed her Masters of Health Sciences in the Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2005. She received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and has previously worked in primary care and urgent care. She has been working in psychiatry since 2018 and has a special interest in interventional psychiatry. Cassie maintains a professional membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

I provide psychiatric med management and brief psychotherapy to clients with multiple psychiatric conditions. My specialty areas include bipolar disorder, substance abuse, patient's experiencing homelessness, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+. I have a suboxone program for patients seeking addiction medicine. I am accepting new patients, however, due to maternity leave I am scheduling out into August 2024.

Caroline Whitaker is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Saint Louis University. Rachael Touma is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career began at the University of Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She holds an additional Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University. Professionally, Rachael has a diverse resume.

My goal as a provider has always been to create a space where every patient feels heard, comfortable, and welcomed. I am passionate about providing care that not only addresses mental health concerns but also supports the overall well-being of my patients.

Dr. Danielle Sandbothe found her way to Oklahoma from Missouri by way of Indiana. She grew up in Jefferson City, MO and had received her bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. Feeling called to serve others in a different field, she pursued medicine which led to her receiving her medical degree from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.

Amanda graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with her Master's of Nursing Science degree. Amanda is certified through ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is licensed through Oklahoma's Board of Nursing to assess, diagnose and treat clients of all ages, races and backgrounds in all ranges of mental health including anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, mood disorders schizophrenia and other mental health disorders. Amanda received her Bachelor's of Science Nursing through Western Governors University.

Natalie Evans, PMHNP Natalie Evans is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma.
