I am an EMDR trained therapist who works with adolescents and adults. I specialize in working with people experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, major life transitions, and relational distress with extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+, health care professionals, athletes, and marginalized identities.
I utilize experientially based interventions that promote direct and lasting change that is congruent with the uniqueness of our identities.
