I provide a safe and supportive environment to help client's deal with general mental health problems, difficult life circumstances, and self-improvement. In-person and phone sessions are available. Specialty areas are treating anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, and LGBTIQA+ related issues. Another interest area of mine is dealing with the psychological challenges of living with autoimmune disease. I do not offer couples or family counseling services.
