Currently accepting individuals for telehealth. My approach to therapy is wholehearted and views clients contextually, recognizing people as interconnected with and influenced by everything from biology and belief to society and the natural environment. I use a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens to understand my clients holistically. Rather than highlighting what is wrong, I seek to understand what needs may not be met and collaborate with clients on meeting those needs. This curious approach sparks inspiration, creativity, and openness and encourages a client’s deep and vast wisdom to shape the therapy process.
I specialize in clients seeking healing from narcissistic family systems, middle-age-related wellbeing, existential and spiritual crises/inquiry, shame, complex trauma, grief, general anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I support people navigating terminal illness utilizing humanistic therapy, mindful self-compassion, and spiritual inquiry and practice.
My goal is to provide a place for respite and repair for clients. A place to unfurl, be raggedy, and feel warmly welcomed however you are on any given day. Therapy won't always be easy and I believe that the therapeutic process is most effective when it is restorative, connecting, and feels safe, especially when digging deep into the hard things.
