I work through video conferencing and strive to provide the highest quality therapy for my clients. I work with clients of all genders struggling with, but not limited to; bullying, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship struggles, and mood disorders.
We will work together to build a lasting rapport, identify your strengths, as well as your short and long-term goals. My goal is for you to recognize your strongest, and truest potential, and identify strategies that work best for you to breakdown barriers that may be holding you back.
Working through video conferencing allows you to feel comfortable in your therapy sessions. After all, therapy is all about what you get out of it!
