No Telehealth. Due to the increase in demand in therapy and time I am available, email is preferred to get back to you in the most timely manner. I work with individuals and couples from a systemic, client focused and strength-based perspective. I have worked with individuals with an array of issues as well including life transitions, anxiety, relationship conflict, grief and loss, as well as trauma. I particularly enjoy assisting clients on the autism spectrum, people with their anxiety, and couples with sexual intimacy issues. I utilize CBT, narrative therapy and solution focused aspects. I also offer supervision for MFTs.
Throughout the years I have also been fortunate to gain work experience that has allowed me to meet and work with families, seniors, students, and adolescents in an array of settings. It is my passion to work with elderly, individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity including, autism, IDD and TBI, adolescents, as well as couples, and LGBTQ population.
I received my Master's in Marriage and Family therapy at Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL in July of 2014. In April 2012, I received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A. in Theatre Performance at North Central College in Naperville, IL.
