Sometimes, all we really need is a supportive space where we can be ourselves and maybe even receive some gentle guidance when we're not quite hitting the mark. It's important to recognize that you deserve so much more than what life has handed you. Being human is HARD. Whether you just want to vent or want to learn new skills, I offer support for real-life problems in a respectful space. No matter if your concerns have always been a struggle or are new challenges you’re facing, your experience is valid. I'm here to respectfully listen and engage in session WITH you throughout the process.
